⚙️ PVT SERIES – DRY ROTARY VANE COMBINED VACUUM AND PRESSURE PUMPS
🔷 Product Overview
The PVT Series is a multifunctional dry rotary vane pump designed to generate vacuum suction and positive-pressure airflow simultaneously.
Its mechanical construction is similar to that of a dry rotary vane vacuum pump. An eccentrically mounted rotor and self-lubricating graphite vanes enable the unit to operate without lubricating oil inside the compression chamber, reducing the risk of oil contamination in products and production environments.
The PVT Series is particularly suitable for production lines that require holding, lifting, separating, feeding, and blowing materials within the same operating process.

🔄 Operating Principle
As the rotor rotates, the graphite vanes slide inside the rotor slots and form a series of working chambers whose volumes continuously change.
➡️ At the inlet, the chamber volume increases to generate vacuum.
➡️ The incoming air is then compressed inside the working chamber.
➡️ At the outlet, the air is discharged under positive pressure.
This combined design allows a single unit to perform both suction and blowing functions, reducing the number of machines required in the production line.
