The rotors are driven and synchronized by high-precision timing gears, maintaining a small internal clearance without metal-to-metal contact between:

🔄 Operating Principle

As the two claw-shaped rotors rotate synchronously:

➡️ The inlet chamber volume increases, drawing gas into the pump.
➡️ The gas is trapped between the rotors and the pump housing.
➡️ The chamber volume progressively decreases, compressing the gas.
➡️ The compressed gas is discharged through the outlet.

Since the rotors do not make direct contact, lubricating oil is not required inside the pumping chamber. This design significantly reduces friction, operating temperature, mechanical wear, and maintenance requirements.
