High efficiency horizontal motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor

Gearless: IPM motor and air end are connected through one shaft without a gear box: no gear pitting, no broken teeth.
Without coupling: Two independent IPM motors drive each of the two-stage air ends directly. One-shaft structure, without coupling worries.

Intelligent control

Through higher intelligent control, the size of air production can be adjusted automatically, therefore, no matter how the air volume fluctuates, the pressure is always maintained which means the operation is really under constant pressure. The motor responds quickly, starts quickly and loads quickly.When the air volume is suddenly changed, it can respond quickly and the reaction time is within 50ms. It completely avoids the damage of uers' equipment and product defects caused by the pressure tuation, moreover, it reduces the energy loss caused by the pressure fluctuation.

Oil & Air separator

Three-stage separation of oil and gas is achieved: Centrifugal separation, gravity separation, separation by fine core. With high-efficiency oil-air separator to ensure that the compressed air oil content is less than 3ppm. High-precision large-capacity oil separator using time can be up to 4000 hours

Efficiency filtration system

Make exhaust oil content lower than 3ppm. Hepa filter, removes impurities in the lubricating oil to provide clean lubricating oil for the rotor and bearing of the motor, filters dust in the air, make the motor rotor and bearing free of damage.

High capability cooling system

Using axial fan, large propeller, lower speed and lower noise. With high air pressure, high air volume and stable operation.
Large heat exchanger, using high strength aluminum alloy material, ensure good cooling effect even under 45 degree environment.

The exhaust volume is measured under the rated exhaust pressure, according to the national standard GB3853 test (equivalent to ISO1217 appendix C).
Recommend frquency 30%-100%.
