The TD Series is a range of dry rotary vane compressors designed to provide a clean, stable, and continuous positive-pressure air supply for industrial machinery and production lines.
The compressor uses an eccentrically mounted rotor combined with self-lubricating graphite vanes to draw in, compress, and discharge air without lubricating oil inside the compression chamber.

The TD Series is suitable for applications requiring a stable airflow at low positive pressure. It is not intended to replace conventional industrial air compressors operating at 7–10 bar.
🔄 Operating Principle
As the rotor rotates, the graphite vanes slide inside the rotor slots and remain in contact with the inner surface of the compression chamber. This creates a series of air chambers whose volumes continuously change.
The compression process consists of three stages:
➡️ Air intake: Air enters the compressor as the chamber volume increases.
➡️ Compression: The chamber volume decreases, causing the air pressure to rise.
➡️ Discharge: The compressed air is delivered through the outlet to the connected equipment.
The entire process is carried out 100% oil-free, reducing the risk of oil contamination in products, equipment, and the working environment.
